Civic Center Fees

For Individuals, Businesses, and other Organizations


  • The deposit and rental fee must be paid upfront all together before any date can be finalized. 

Deposit-$200.00


  • All deposits are refundable pending the post event inspection conducted by the City 
  • Deposits may be forfeited for the following reasons:
    •  Failure to properly clean the civic center as agreed upon in the contract
    •  Failure to communicate the presence of alcohol at the event by the renter
    •  Failure to abide by the stipulations stated in the contract
       

Rental Fee
Monday-Thursday ($250.00)                 All Day 10:00 AM-10:00 PM ($450.00)
Friday-Sunday     ($400.00)                    All Day 10:00 AM-10:00 PM ($750.00)


  • Rental fee includes five (5) hours of rental time for all events
  • All renters are given two (2) additional hours
    • 1 hour for setup
    • 1 hour for clean up
       

Additional Hours
Monday-Thursday ($25.00 per hour)
Friday-Sunday        ($50.00 per hour)


  • Additional hours may be purchased to extend the amount of time given for the event
  • Additional hours must be paid for before the date of the event

 

Security/Alcohol- $50.00 per hour


  • All events are permitted to have alcohol 
  • The City will make arrangements to provide security 
  • The minimum fee for security is $250.00 or $550.00 if ALL DAY and must be paid to the officer before the event begins
