Water

The Water Department provides the following service:

• Accepting fees for city services
• Preparing work orders for Streets/Utilities/Parks personnel to obtain or terminate water services and check leaks
• Dispatching Streets/Utilities/Parks personnel to appropriate locations
• Responding to citizens inquires by phone, mail or in person, and if necessary, refer calls to proper personnel

In an effort to provide excellent service for our citizens, the City welcomes any input to provide better service for our community.

The water department monitors the entire Lacy Lakeview water system from a computer system in the office. This will notify water personnel of any problems with the water system. Lacy Lakeview purchases water from the City of Waco. The city maintains a well system for emergency systems
