Dispatch Protocol

The City of Lacy Lakeview provides a 24-Hour dispatch center at the police department. All emergency calls come into this dispatch center. The Fire Department is dispatched out on a phone based app to all members and some members of mutual aid departments. It is then dispatched out on a radio based system which also alerts the PD allowing police to go direct and give a size up to prior to FD arrival.
