The City of Lacy Lakeview strives to provide excellent customer service to our citizens.

Notice to Lacy Lakeview residents

Effective Oct. 1, 2015, the City of Lacy Lakeview will eliminate notifying delinquent water accounts by door tag on the 25th for cycle 1 and the 3rd for cycle 2.

For cycle 1 accounts that start with 06, 07, 08, 09, 10 or 16:

The original bill is due on the 10th of every month. If payment is not received by the 11th of every month, a 10 percent penalty is assessed and a second notice will be mailed. The cut off date will the 25th of every month. Payment must be received by the 24th of every month to avoid disconnection on the 25th.

For cycle 2 accounts that start with 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 11, 14 or 15:

The original bill is due on the 18th of every month. If payment is not received by the 19th of every month, a 10 percent penalty is assessed and a second notice will be mailed. The cut off date will the 3rd of every month. Payment must be received by the 2nd of every month to avoid disconnection on the 3rd.

If services are disconnected for non-payment, a $35 fee will be assessed to the account. To restore services, the past due amount plus the reconnect fee must be paid.

2015 Annual Water Report

The Water Department provides service for through:

  • Accepting fees for city services
  • Preparing work orders for Streets/Utilities/Parks personnel to obtain or terminate water services and check leaks
  • Dispatching Streets/Utilities/Parks personnel to appropriate locations
  • Responding to citizens inquires by phone, mail or in person, and if necessary, refer calls to proper personnel

In an effort to provide excellent service for our citizens, the City welcomes any input to provide better service for our community.

The water department monitors the entire Lacy Lakeview water system from a computer system in the office. This will notify water personnel of any problems with the water system. Lacy Lakeview purchases water from the City of Waco. The city maintains a well system for emergency systems.
